I don't wear ties...but I'd certainly wear this one from Banana Republic's Spring '08 men's collection. It really got me excited when I saw it...I love it! I love the colours and love paisley. I recently proposed a colour scheme option very similar in feel for a hotel client. Unfortunately they went for a different palatte option, but now I wish I pushed this kind of direction instead!
