While markets cool in most parts of the world, including Dubai, things are picking up in a few select hot spots. One of which is Abu Dhabi, just West of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. An architectural group Leeser Architects has recently won a competition to design a unique, 5 star hotel there. The design will be presented this Spring at the Cityscape Developers Conference in Abu Dhabi. 
The hotel will be called the Helix Hotel, aptly named for it’s shape.
