A friend of mine in London told me about a recent experience at an Indian restaurant called Bangalore Express. It is another one of those zany restaurant concept that is fun to look at. The idea is to be able to experience the feeling of riding on a train through India. I’d hate to be the waiter in charge of delivering dishes to the “second floor” passengers!
