The Atlantis Resort, Palm Dubai had its official grand opened this week with a 20 million dollar party with the likes of Kylie Minogue, Michael Jordan, and Janet Jackson in attendance. I wish it was a little less a carbon copy of it's older sister in the Bahamas, however it is interesting to see what makes this resort one of a very few "7" star resorts in the world. Not everyone is in a recession!
